–– The Artist
"With gold, wood, paper and light, I try to find archaic idioms shaped to contemporary tastes. I care deeply about space and hope my work plays its fitting part in any larger spatial orchestra. Nothing beats a beautiful home."
John has exhibited in many prominent places including the Philadelphia and Denver Museums of Art just to name two. He has been an artist-in-residence at Alfred University (twice), and was featured in The New York Times. He has published three books of poetry and short fiction and has won prominent awards for his interior design.
"In the end, any syllabus of achievment should be implicit in my work."
